Job Title: Administrative Support Department: Early Intervention
Reports to: EI Program Supervisor Effective Date: Immediately
Compensation: $18-$20/hour, depending on experience. Medical, dental, generous time off benefits.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide support to the Early Intervention Supervisors on the day-to-day running of the program by assisting with clerical and administrative processes. This job involves tasks such as responding to program inquiries, implementing program procedures and systems. This role will start at part-time 20 hours with the possibility to become full-time. Administrative support employees are strong communicators with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
· Data Entry
· Updating the program database
· Checking multiple emails
· Setting up electronic consents via SignUp Now
· Support to Supervisors with New Client Assignments
· Follow up with vendor on purchase of services/reports

· Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be flexible about working in office and from home, as needed, and must be willing to follow health guidelines mandated due to COVID-19 circumstances (Health check ins that include but are not limited to: no-touch temperature monitoring; wearing masks in public areas; hand washing, etc.)
