Our Playgroups

Natural Stages of Play

The Early Learning Institutes’s Play Groups Program is dedicated to providing and promoting Developmental Services, Education, and Support to young children and their families within a play-based, social environment. The staff at Early Learning Institute (ELI) believes that most children grow and learn in all areas of development through the natural stages of play and through their social interactions. Providing the opportunity for a community based play group in a nurturing and educationally enriched environment supports this philosophy. ELI playgroups allow children to expand on their developmental skills in a social setting supported by such multi-disciplinary staff as early childhood educators, therapists and community inclusion.

Educationally based playgroups offer a child and his/her family the opportunity to meet and interact with other children and families in a safe and supportive environment.

Through creative games and activities, children have the chance to practice their developing social, problem solving and motor skills. A variety of special focus groups have been designed to enhance, augment, and expand a child and family’s early intervention experience.

ELI also offers playgroups for typically developing birth to 3 year olds within the community setting. These groups have slots saved specifically for children with special needs in order to provide an integrated experience for all the children.

*Juntos Jugamos
